The Panthera Africa Ambassador Program has its sole purpose of creating ambassadors for a sustainable future by focusing on the mindset of “we are one”; animals, nature and humans.
The program will make use of everything from ancient wisdom till today’s modern technology, with an emphasis on the connectedness with nature, animals and one’s own inner heart and journey. The main focus is to involve youth, and the program will be done on a global scale with the aim to unite all cultures and belief systems and ignite conscious living worldwide.
Panthera Africa strongly believes in the power of education and sharing of experiences to enrich people’s lives. Children are the future, and the Panthera Africa team is devoted to share their love, knowledge and passion with as many children as possible to inspire them to listen to their hearts’ desire and believe in the beauty of their dreams.
Panthera Africa is a sanctuary for captive born neglected big cats that are in need of rescue and a forever loving and respected home. Founders and Managing Directors, Cathrine S. Nyquist and Lizaene Cornwall have through personal experience learned about the (blood) lion industry the hard way and decided in 2014 to create a safe haven where animal welfare, education and enrichment are of core focus.
